There is one seat vacant on the Planning Commission; said term is for a period of three years (from January 2017 to December 2019). The Planning Commission meets the third Tuesday of each month following the 7:00pm City Council Meeting.
There are two seats opening on the Park, Recreation and Culture Board; said terms are for a period of two years (January 2017 to December 2018) and three years (from January 2017 to December 2019). The Park, Recreation & Culture Board meets the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm.

There is one vacant seat open on the Economic Development Authority Board; said term is for the remainder of a six year term which would begin January 2017 through December 2020. The Economic Development Authority meets the first Tuesday each month at 7:30pm or immediately following the City Council Meeting.

Isanti Hills Neighborhood Park (formerly Isanti Tot Lot) - closed up to 2 weeks beginning July 17 (play surfaces to be converted to wood chips, with sand play area).
Mattson Park - closed up to 2 weeks beginning July 31 (sand play surfaces being converted to wood chips)
