Fairway Greens North Development

Master

The Fairway Greens North Development is a proposed 80 acre, 167 lot residential development, located in the city's R1 - Single-Family Residential District. Fairway Greens North is split up between four phases within the 80 acre development. The proposed development is located off of 7th Ave NE in the northern section of the city limits. 

Phase 1 of the Final Plat was approved by Isanti City Council on April 6th, 2021.

Phase 2 of the Final Plat was approved by Isanti City Council on March 1st, 2022.

Phase 1 and 2 have been completed.

The Owner of the Development is Home Pride Inc.

Johnson's Meadows

Preliminary Plat

Johnson's Meadows Residential Development is a proposed 16 acre, 43 lot residential development, located within the city's R3A - Low Density Mulitple-Family Residential District. The proposed development is located off of 8th Ave NE and future road extension 7th Ave NE. All lots within the proposed Johnson's Meadows Development meet the 7,500 sq ft minimum lot size required in the city's R3A - Zoning District Code. 

The Preliminary PUD application was approved by the Isanti Planning Commission on February 20th, 2024.

The Final Plat for phase 1 was approved by Isanti City Council on March 19th, 2024.

Park Brook Apartments

Preliminary Plat

Park Brook Apartments is a proposed 13 acre, three 36-unit buildings and one 49-unit building, located within the city's R4 - Multiple-Family Residential District. The proposed development is located in between 7th Ave NE and 8th Ave NE. 

The Final PUD for Phases 1 and 2 was approved by the Isanti City Council on April 18th, 2023.

Construction started in the fall of 2023 on phase 1.

Rum River Villas

Concept Plan

Rum River Villas Residential Development is a proposed 14.94 acre, 44 lot residential development, located in the city's R1 - Single-Family Residential District. The proposed development is located off of the southern section of Whiskey Rd SW. 

The Preliminary Plat was approved by Isanti Planning Commission on May 17th, 2022.

The Commons on Whiskey Road

The Commons on Whiskey Road is a proposed 4 acre, two 28-unit apartment buildings, located within the city's R4 - Multiple-Family Residential District. The proposed development is located on the corner of Heritage Blvd NW and Whiskey Rd NW. 

The Final Plat was approved by Isanti City Council on September 5th, 2023.

Phase 1 is currently under construction.
