Administration

The Administration Department includes the City Administrator, HR Director, and City Clerk/Deputy HR Director. Together, they ensure the enforcement of city ordinances, manage municipal operations, and oversee essential services, including:

Official Records: Maintenance, retention, and accessibility of city documents and public records.

Elections & Licensing: Administration of municipal elections and comprehensive licensing functions, including liquor licensing, gambling permits, and mobile and temporary vendor licensing.

Operations: Oversight of day‑to‑day municipal business activities, personnel management, and organizational support across departments.
